About Myself

I'm a first-year Ph.D student at the Department of Computer Science, University of Birmingham, supervised by Dr. Hyung Jin Chang and Prof. Ales Leonardis. Prior to the U.K., I obtained my M.Eng. degree (2017-2020) from Tongji University, where I was supervised by Prof. Qirong Tang and I was a member of the Laboratory of Robotics and Multi-Body System.

My research is about 3D Computer Vision and Robotics. Driven by solving real-world problems, I study Machine (Deep) Learning to process visual data. Currently, I am working on 3D Hand and Object Pose Estimation. Specifically, I'm focusing on creating new tasks and corresponding datasets for 3D object perception in more challenging scenes. Also, I am broadly interested in building the 3D Vision System for Robotics and AR/VR.
